Try Minecraft (though I guess everyone has Minecraft already)? Maybe you should check out the Star Wars: Battlefront series, I think those have mods.

YES! Watched Tales of the Jedi! Ashoka was whipping a**. Dave Filoni is kinda filling in the gaps of The Clone Wars and Rebels imo.
