I liked rat. Sure maybe his topics were confusing and pointless mostly but that's what made them interesting. They were totally unexpected. As far as I could tell he was never abusive towards anyone. Others have surely gotten away with more.

The members I've seen muted were posting for sometime, the same stuff that clearly was against TOA. Staff bends over backwards and let's things slide for quite sometime. Â I'm sure warnings are given. Some mod's are very quick on the draw with deleting comments, locking threads. But being muted goes a step higher, with careful review I'm sure. I've heard of members being unmuted, on appeal. Maybe there was a rush to judgement. Take the case to the judge with members support. Eliciting it in a thread is more about being disgruntled than taking action.

Anyway, it got us talking about it.  Which is the point of forums and I like Carla.
Funny thing... just noticed the Rat is on my block list. So, I couldn't really give a RA whether the mute is lifted or not.Â

He doesn't deserve to be muted, while others are free to post worse.  If they can set rat's (or everyone's default) to off-topic, problem solved.
WELL PERSONALLY, i had just been in off topic as i useually  had been n i got muted n no1 told me no1 sent me emails or nothing  plus it was off topic and i was in help n support but i had quit that when they told me if  im put threads like that then do it in off topic instead of help n support so i went there n everything, all pics, all words i wrote everything was repectable oh-yeah maybe because i dont know how to fix a picture to make it look like im an innocent by stander or something its just not right i mean no warning oh come on.

SPUDNICK come on get ur facts straight im innocent n u know it, the only other place i posted was my own site, now tell me some more untruths and with a computer u can fabricate anything but i cant i dont know how. n ive got more bring it on. ok i forgot, now when u said something was on my homepage where can u post images on ur home page, n know i see just 1 n the place where u type stuff in n i never even dreamed abt putting pics in there and the person that wrote (HAHA,your in trouble) thats the only message i got n im not RATTING on him he knows who he is.
