i <3 poetry

There once was a lone pawn

Who was to be promoted at the break of dawn

She was to be a queen

But a lonely pawn she knew that she once had been

She met the handsome king

Who have gave her an expensive diamond ring

When the old queen found out

She madly walked to the king and started to shout

How could you betray me

That girl is so useless and weak, I guarantee

But the king just said

It is better to make out with more than one girl in bed

The king tried to cheer her up

By buying her a shiny silver and golden cup

And also gave her his best knight

But the queen he was still unable to delight

For his old queen went to the enemy

And said,"Please kill me"

So the enemy killed her and she died

And the king cried

Later he also committed suicide

The new queen sighed

And was in so much pain

Because she knew she would be lone again

There once was a proud knight.

He said that he killed the enemy's rook, castle and wheelbarrow

And sure did give them a fright.

Then, a wise bishop said,"They are all the same thing.  You are no hero."

I like poems:

There is a game called chess

It is fun to play

But I must confess

It may be hard to learn it all in one day*

The circle like pawn can only move up one space***

The castle like piece is the rook*****

Another piece with the pony look

Is the "L" shaped moving knight******

The elephant like piece is the bishop*******

It moves in a diagonal hop********

The next piece is the second most important you have seen

It is the all direction moving queen

The most important piece of all

Is the gravestone like king*********

If that piece was to fall

The other player will win

*You can actually learn it in less than five minutes

But I cannot think of rhyming words so deal with it

But ignore it and do not make me a fool

****What do you call advancing a pawn two squares

I wonder if anyone cares

All I know is the internet said a elephant symbolizes a "bishop".
