Through browser version. If web pages aren't blocked on your phone, then just go to leagues on your home page, tap on your profile, and then tap one of the topics you've made. From there you scroll to the bottom to select off topic, and then you can use the text box features to do both of those things

Uh but what if I can't access the browser version

Its not possible to send images on a non browser version.

You can access an embedded browser in app through the method I gave, but otherwise idk what to say
