like they can do really bad stuff to you and possess you and what not. spirits aren't meant to be kept in contact with humans if they were we would see them all the time

bit you still don't know this. have you ever talked to a mentally insane person and asked them about their experiences? not that I have but them I'm not the one doing something stupid
I have had a few paranormal encounters here in chess.com.
I keep seeing a ghost called 2Q1C. He pops up from time to time, always under a different appearance, but he quickly fades away.
