WHY? JUST WHY???
This +1. I suck, but I really enjoy losing at 960 and crazyhouse!
Only thing I found more interesting on Lichess. All the variants were available on app too
Yes, and make them easy to find. Why do I have to click on a hidden tab and change a setting to play 960? Just add a "variants" button where all the variants are and leave "custom" only for manual edits of the position. It's as simple as that.

That way more people will find it and play, reducing waiting times for matches and being able to play games against similarly rated opponents
