it appears that you have found yourself in the chess960 variant where the pieces on the back rank are semi-randomly placed.
Pieces not in right position

you can abort (i think resign) in the first three moves without penalty. i would be sure to tell your opponent why first though. just to be polite.
you may conisder playing it out just for fun. i accidentally did the same thing when i was new here. played two 960 games then regular chess since.
I recently started a game against an opponent who is not rated and the pieces in the back rank are not in the right position what's up with this and again it's my move am I gonna get a loss for this like I did in a prior game that I was winning and my pieces locked up and I cudnt move em the clock ran out and I was given a loss???
