(Pokemon) Does anyone approve of this strategy?

So I'm thinking of making a singles strategy to win online battles, and I came up with this strategy. Does anyone approve of it, and if not, what should I fix? (OR should I just abandon it)

Abomasnow (Or any other Pokemon with snow warning) comes in and uses some type of self destruct move (Memento, explosion, ect). This allows froslass to come in unharmed and use its ability snow cloak, raising its evasiveness. (This frosslass has leftovers) The frosslass then sets up a substitute until it dodges an attach, where it then uses double team if at high health or draining kiss at low. Repeat until no more power points on substitute or max evasiveness, then tera type on whatever attack you want.

I tried this on a prankster Volbeat, and it actually worked, but the problem was that a 100% accurate move would destroy Volbeat. That's why I chose to use froslass's snow cloak ability, so 100% accurate moves aren't 100% accurate.
