I’d assumed not, because internet access in NK is limited only to the very higher ups in Kim Jong Un’s hierarchy. Everyone else uses the North Korean intranet (I’ve went on a few sites, it literally looks like a website straight outta the late 1990’s).

because im in this thing called vex robotics and my job is to take the code, basically "translate" it into an easier flow chart, and design the robots and stuff
so basically i want to make sure I'm doing it right, but I'm like super confused and i don't know
