Prisoner's Dilemma [League ] || Match Round 4

I decided to make another game and after I came across a Youtube video of Veritasium I decided on this game. It's played between two people. You guys probably already know this:

You have two options: Defecting and Cooperating. If both defect, both get 1 point. If one defects while the other one cooperates, the player who defected gets 5 Points while the cooperating player gets 0. If both cooperate then they both get 3 points.

I'll make a round-robin tournament (like the premier league). Total accumulated points count in the tournament, not wins! Every match consists of 5 rounds (so for every opponent you choose an option 5 times). Both players will DM me their choices. You have to be strategic, basing your choice on past choices of your opponent. Will you cooperate a lot or defect in hopes of gaining more?

Defecting always grants you more points, but if someone knows you always defect so will they, and you gain less. This seems interesting

Ol how are you gonna create the championship? Ik the concept. Can you explain how will you organize it?

I'm just going to let people join and then make a bracket tournament where two people play against each other. I will announce the matches and let the people DM me their choices, I'll post the results after all 5 (or so) rounds in the match have been completed. The person with the most points from those two will continue while the other gets eliminated.

I'm going to think about the organization a bit more in the future. Maybe I'll do groups of 4 or something.
