Powered up Iceberg is better than the powered up version of Stunion, except in the Frozen levels where the zombies are only slowed and not actually frozen. And it doesn't deal with flying zombies as well either, but those are easily handled with a pairing with Blover.
Without the power ups, they're still pretty useful support plants, and sometimes it's good to have both of them.
