Many people copy me, names I have changed are quickly intercepted Like: GM_Magnus_Kingdom and Top-Gifter. It is not always as wise and is not recommended. There is then no point in pretending to be something you are not close to being. He's probably a good boy but it only leads to dissatisfaction that he changed his name to something that everyone connected me to. I received messages from several members that he had ordered logos from that are not me who had ordered. I paid for my logos to those who made to order for me and he used them without my permission. He changed his name to Top-Gifter and the first thing he does is pile me down with begging messages about membership and club requests. I unfortunately had to block in the end, he advertised in clubs by me too. We must all follow Chess.com's rules and use common sense.

That he used my logo is really ok but do not abuse it for what it is worth and claim that someone else made it. I have proof of who made it and it also says on the user profile of the person who made it that he has received Diamond membership as payment. I'm Top Gifter on chess.com and put my trademark at the bottom right of the logo.
I don't know why are they closed by abuse. Push F for respects for @Top-Gifter and @secretchessstars.
I miss them a lot now.
