Happiness is not not when you are happy. When everyone around you is happy, only then, true happiness can be experienced.

I think it is vis versa. You have to be happy to be happy. And when everyone around you is sad, it makes it easier to realize just how happy you are.

I disagree with you. I think the most important thing is to be personally happy.

However, if everyone is happy of course it's best.
