relax and be yourself

See the thing is it works, I'm mindful, but I know that if I didn't understand I have to choose not to solve the problems my mind conceives, then I'd be lost and the mindfulness would be gone. It's an understanding that I have.

I actually find it harder to concentrate on reality, on my environment, when I try to forget about my mind conceiving problems.

It works better just to experience the world and occasionally notice my mind hasn't a problem for me to solve. For a little at least.
