I think we'd attract a lot more kids, and it would overall be better. Just think of this from my perspective:
(Note: Sarcasm)
I'm bored. I have nothing to do. Then, in a club, I see someone write, "hi."
I bubble with excitement, will someone finally notice me?? I also write back, "hi," 4 or 5 times in a row to make sure I am noticed. A minute later, after fervently refreshing notifs, I achieve victory! Someone responded, and says hi!
I feel, if we rename "chess.com" "hi.com," then we'd attract many more people, and more people could join the "hi," community, and have experiences like I just described.
