Hi!

Over the next few weeks, I'll be hosting a pseudo-jeopardy style tournament, in which participants will compete to guess a song based off of a given set of lyrics.

These lyrics will be between six to twelve sentences in length, and won't include the name of the song.

Once Selected to compete in a round, a participant will be given a choice of three difficulties to choose from, and lyrics will be selected based off of their choice, with harder songs rewarding more points.

Difficulty will be based off of total streams of a song. (With lesser-known songs being worth more points) No song with under 2.5 million streams will be used, unless it happens to be notoriously widespread for a different reason. All songs will be in standard English.

Participants are completely discouraged from browser use / AI / outside help, as it completely ruins the competitive nature of the game.

There will be 5 rounds, all going through each player in a random order. Participants will be DM'ed once picked, and should try to respond and make their guess within 24 hours, if possible. If more than 48 hours pass with no response, the participant will be removed from the game.

(Multiple people may end up going at the same time to speed things up)

Questions will be in a multiple-choice format, (E.g., a. b. c. d.) and participants will each be given one 50/50 to use whenever they deem necessary.

(Questions will be delivered and answered through DM's)

After each round I'll edit this post to accurately reflect new scores, and which players have used their 50/50 or not.
