My Playoff Prediction
AFC:
1- New England (with a record of 16-0)
2- Bengals (with a record of 12-4)
3- Steelers (10-6 record)
4- Colts (with a record of 7-9 or 8-8)
5- Jets or Bills
6- Broncos (10-6 or 9-7)
NFC:
1- Carolina Panthers (with a record of 14-2 or higher)
2- Cardinals (12-4 or higher)
3- Packers or Vikings
4- Redskins or Giants
5- Packers or Vikings
6- Falcons
I'm going to stubbornly stick with who I thought would make it in the beginning of the season. AFC: Colts, Ravens, Steelers (unfortunately), Patriots, Chiefs, Bengals. NFC: Packers, Seahawks, Eagles, Panthers, Cardinals, Redskins.
We need a Bills win to close the gap on jonnguy.

@17rileyc: How are the Ravens supposed to make the playoffs with their starting QB, RB, WR, TE, C, OLB, and SS all on IR? And how do the Eagles make the playoffs?

@WBFISHER: the redskins got it done, no matter how close the Giants made it. Since the skins have a better record in the division that the Giants do, we have an advantage in the tiebreaker, which means that if the playoffs started today, we would be facing the Green Bay Packers in Washington
Based on the standings right now, I am going to make a prediction on what happens in the playoffs all the way down the the Superbowl.

GB@WSH- Prediction: Green Bay 27 Washington 28
SEA@MIN- Prediction: Seattle 24 Minnesota 17
HOU@DEN- Prediction: Houston 20 Denver 44
IND@KC- Prediction: Indianapolis will win if Andrew Luck returns
Divisional Round:
SEA@CAR- Prediction: Seattle 27 Carolina 33
WSH@ARZ- Prediction: Washington 10 Arizona 45
DEN@CIN (or other way around): Denver wins and Cincinati continues its playoff slump
IND@NE: Is this really a question?
Championship weekend:
ARZ@CAR: Prediction- Arizona 38 Carolina 14 (i dont think anybody can keep up with Arizona's red hot offense)
DEN@NE: Seeing what happened last night, this one can go any way. But if New England gets back its receivers, Broncos dont stand a chance, whether with Peyton Manning or Brock Osweiler
Superbowl: Though I would want Arizona to win, I predict that New England wins this game.

2015 NFL Playoff Picks Pool
This season, most of us who signed up for the NFL Regular Season Picks Pool 2015 picked one team to defeat its opponent for that week. If you picked correctly, you gained 2 pts, an incorrect pick was worth nothing, and a tie was worth 1 pt. But with the playoffs closing in on us, I think it's time to open up registration for the 2015 NFL Playoff Picks (Pool). As of now, registration is open. Read on to learn the rules for the playoff pool:
Each week of the playoffs has different rules:
Wildcard Round:
Since there are 4 games on Wildcard Weekend, we have to make a prediction for each game (ex: i pick redskins to beat the packers, colts to beat the bengals, broncos to neat the patriots, and bills to beat the steelers). If you pick the winner, you get 2 pts. If you pick incorrectly, however, you lose 2 pts. The maximum number of points you can gain in that round is 8. The minimum is -8.
Divisional Round:
This weekend is the same as Wildcard Weekend. You pick the winner in all four games. If you pick the winner, you gets 2 pts. If you pick the loser, you lose 2 pts.
Championship Weekend:
Here is where things get real interesting. Since there are only two games on Championship Weekend, not only do you have to pick the winners of the two games, but you have to pick the team that you think will win the Superbowl. If you pick correctly, you gain 2pts. If you pick incorrectly, you lose 2 pts. IF THE TEAM YOU PICK TO WIN THE SUPERBOWL GETS ELIMINATED, THEN YOU ARE ALSO ELIMINATED FROM THE POOL!
Superbowl Sunday:
If the team that you picked to win the Superbowl is still alive, then you dont have to do anything but hope and pray that that teams wins.
Tiebreakers:
If there is a tiebreaker between two players (who have picked the correct team to win the Superbowl) the tiebreaker will be decided based on who has more points in the postseason. If both players have the same amount of points, we will add their regular season total into this tiebreaker.

redskins 2015 remaining schedule predictions:
week 12: Giants 24 Redskins 28
Summary: Captain Kirk will throw for 3 td's and Alfred Morris will have a big game. eli will struggle and throw for multiple int's
week 13: Cowboys 7 Redskins 24
Summary: Cowboys wont have any offense (until the last 5 minutes of the game, lol) and the Redskins D# will perform very well
week 14: Redskins 33 Bears 20
Summary: Bears might pose a challenge to us, byt considering our success against them over the past few meeting, redskins will pull this one off with little struggle
week 15: Bills 17 Redskins 21
Summary: Redskins play well in the first half, Bills play well in the 2nd half...redskins play better, though.
Week 16: Redskins 40 Eagles 17
Summary: no decision over here. Bradford (or Sanchez) will play poorly and the Redskins will have a clear shot at the playoffs
Week 17: Redskins 35 Cowboys 10
Summary: Redskins will find this one quite easy, as well.
Depending on how well the Giants, the Redskins have a shot at the playoffs. Of course, knowing the Redskins, they might lose all these remaining games. But i have a feeling that they r ready for a nice winning streak.
