Yep, I pulled a Tony Romo and choked in December. Came in with a 22-16 lead, then only got one pick right(the Vikings last week)

All tied up now.

EDIT: Saints pass defense is terrible. NFL record 43 touchdowns allowed...and they still have to face Julio Jones next week.

Speaking of Julio, he needs 243 yards to break Calvin Johnson's record. A longshot, to be sure, but its the Saints he's up against.Tongue Out

Carson Palmer will win his first SuperBowl? Cardinals looking good enough to get on the Vince Lombardi Trophy list.

@WBFISHER

The Cards/Panthers matchup might be better than the Super Bowl, just like the 49ers/Seahawks

Avatar of gatorrt

Who did u pick jonnguy?

Avatar of jonnguy2014

I took the Steelers last week gatorrt.

In hindsight, I probably should have just copied WBFISHER's pick, so I maintain my lead over him.

Also, who would you want the Skins to go up against in the playoffs? Seattle, Minnesota, or Green Bay?

Avatar of gatorrt

I want them to play the Packers since they are struggling and the Redskins are on fire...

The standings in the picks pool remain the same. The winner will be decided next week

@jonnguy

We could make this last week for the title a head to head contest. The games that we could pick a winner are;

Redskins at Cowboys (I am still undecided)

Titans at Colts (I like the Colts but could change depending on qb starting)

Jaguars at Texans (I like the Texans, you most likely do too)

Just a suggestion

2015 awards

Player of the year: Cam Newton or Carson Palmer

Coach of the year: Andy Reid (my pick), Ron Rivera

Avatar of gatorrt

How about we do what @WBFISHER said? We can do a head-to-head contest, just in case this ends in a tie. @WBFISHER and @jonnguy can pick the winner of three games that I will decide. For each correct pick, you get 2 points. For an incorrect pick, you get 1 point. Whoever ends up on top is the 2015 NFL Regular Season Champion.

REMEMBER, JONNGUY IS CURRENTLY AHEAD OF WBFISHER WITH A SCORE OF 24-22. The week 17 scores will add up with your current scores to decide the true champion.

Avatar of gatorrt

Picks for week 17: WBFISHER and jonnguy need to decide the winner of these three games.

1: Eagles @ Giants

2: Seahawks @ Cardinals

3: Vikings @ Packers

If you pick correctly, you get 2 pts

If you pick incorrectly, you get 1 pt

These scores will add up to your current scores (jonnguy: 24 and WBFISHER: 22) to decide the winner

@gatorrt We are tied 24-24 right now.

I honestly prefer just playing like normal, and if we did so I would take the Texans this week.

How about we just pick normally, and the games are a tiebreaker?

Taking all three home teams.

Giants

Vikings

Avatar of gatorrt

jonnguy takes Texans

WBFISHER takes Steelers

jonnguy takes Giants, Cardinals, and Packers for the tiebreaker

WBFISHER takes Giants, Cardinals, and Vikings for the tiebreaker

if it remains tied up until the Sunday Night Game, then its a good thing that both of you have picke different teams for the night game...

Avatar of gatorrt

But if there is a winner decided before the tiebreaker, then we wont even need to do the tiebreaker.
