I say the Broncos D won't be able to stop the panthers and their large playbook

Broncos are good at pressuring the quarterback, but Panthers are good at forcing turnovers. After beating Seahawks and Cardinals, Panthers are looking pretty unstoppable. But I still think the Broncos will find a way to win.

Point is... this is anyone's game. That's why it's a Superbowl and not week 9(not that anything is special about week 9) 

Historically the Broncos have not been very good at winning Super Bowls.

true, they lost the last superbowl 43-8. but at that time, they were just like the panthers...perhaps better. They had come off the best offensive season in NFL history and were favored to beat the #1 defense, Seattle. and guess what? Seattle crushed Denver

The 2015 Broncos are so much different from the 2013 ones.

Hard to believe that they went from the best offense to best defense in just two years.

Defense does win championships, but the Panthers do have a top 10 defense.

And it's much harder to pressure Cam.

You break down his protection, he'll simply run on you.

true, panthers do have one of the best defenses in the league. Also who watched the Pro Bowl? Irvin crushed Rice 49-27

QB- Cam Newton

RB- Adrian Peterson or Todd Gurley. for backup runningbacks who became starters, Thomas Rawls.

WR- Antonio Brown, hard to deny

TE- Gronk or Jordan Reed or Greg Olsen

Kicker- Dan Bailey or Stephen Gostkowski? Well, Gostkowski did miss a pivotal PAT in the AFC Championship

Defense- Broncos

For RB, maybe West or Ware from KC?

Rawls got injured at the end of the year

Even if Peyton doesn't win, he probably will still retire

According to an inside source (personal family friend) Manning told them that he plans to retire at the end of the year. He also told them to leak the conversation out into social media so that everybody knew that he was considering retiring.

after beating the Pats, Manning said to Belichick, "This might be my last rodeo...but it has been a pleasure..." so Manning might, and probably should, retire after the Superbowl

If there is still a tiebreaker, we will add on your regular season points total and your postseason points total to determine a winner.

If your team loses, you are eliminated.
