To answer your question, OTF activity is just fine. Less people are online because some are leaving for the summer, and others have exams for the end of the year. Europeans are still in school as well.

i think that otf is just a teeny tiny bit dead cuz everyone is leaving 4 summer,ofc they will come back .but still i miss 'em
