I'm very sorry to hear that you had this experience, which sounds pretty bad. By coincidence I've been working in Doncaster for the past 6 months and I can assure you this attitude is not representative of the town, or of our country.
For future reference, you should report this immediately to the support team, and avoid naming individuals on a public forum.
Bomb was only giving an opinion. You can avoid feeling upset because of the insults, wich would be precisely what those people want, and still make a complaint to staff.
