Gapy is a word, but aortaa is not. Perhaps you mean N2 down, superman, instead of O2 down? I'll assume you mean N2 down.
Gapy means infested with gapeworms, also known as red worms or forked worms, parasitic nematode worms that infect the tracheas of birds. The worms clog and obstruct the airway of the birds' tracheas.
