Rabbits have a blind spot right in front of them and they see really well from the side so if you want to approach a rabbit you should try to do it slowly and from the side, which also means they don't see their food right in front of them as they eat it, but they still navigate eating it by touch and smell, also they can hear way better than we can, especially ultrasonic high pitched sounds that we can't detect

Also they often sleep with their eyes open but if they are relaxed they can sleep with eyes closed.

My rabbit specifically, as he's drifting off into sleep his eyes gradually droop more and more, until they completely close. I'm not sure if other rabbits have droopy eyes but because of that, I can tell how tired he is or when he's about to fall asleep

Rabbits actually shouldn't eat carrots as their main diet or too many carrots, it's just a treat and 80% of their diet should actually be hay. Also most people think they are unemotional animals but they can react very emotionally (my rabbit gets very upset when it's nail clipping time and very excited about food for instance) but they just don't have vocal cords to be overly noisy with.
