I agree with #2, but I don't see anyone doing that bad stuff on CHESS.com. besides, lots of people have already done that with no ill effect. I just haven't because I'm worried people will judge me based on what I look like, as has happened before. I wouldn't show my face on platforms like YouTube, though, because of identity theft, but that's not a big problem imo on this site.
