You're right to ask and not believe directly what people say. We're probably speaking of @Jared, right? Even though he's not the only one who did this to me... whatever, let me explain you what really happened...
This dude has banned me of his club because I was asking too many questions about the sudden grow of his club. Then, he has tried to demote me in all clubs he was admin, with the help of @Coolplay7 because I banned him from UCN and now he's trying to make people believe it happened in the other sense (that I would have banned him from UCN and demoted him in clubs)
I have indeed demoted him in clubs of friends, but this @Coolplay7 has then banned me in these same clubs and has promoted Jared to his SA position back.
So, yes I did demote him in friends' club because he demoted me in all clubs, but no, I did not do this with no reason.
Furthermore, I wish to add that Jared later (2 or 3 days ago) started threatening me on Discord to avoid getting banned for cursing, verbal abuse and threats on chess.com...

Yes, that's what I am doing, but it's still annoying, as I am not in all VC games and we have over 100 ongoing games....

On discord when you type something long and do a small typo and you correct it, then it says (edited). Maybe it's a misunderstanding. (Just giving ideas)

It's not a misunderstanding, I read his original message but just before screenshoting it it got edited
id much rather discuss the most practical solution to solving fake news/rumors because this should just be easily let go, whats the point in arguing this? no reason to assume it is a fake
