The admin of chess.com should look into the issue of this subject as I observe with most of my games for the past 1month that it’s happening regularly. Just today, Dec 22,2020 from 2100+ my rating was now down to 1900+ bcoz for about 2-3hrs of playing I have experience almost 20x time/clock sudden stopping issue...
