I agree. There are a lot of little hints and helps but it takes a little tinkering to figure them all out! My problem was getting back to active play after being kindly put on vacation as a benefit of my membership. To this day I would be unable to explain how I finally became active again!

We used to have a lot of unlocked 18 year old forums but a lot of newgen starts bumping them so now they're gone (I have done this once before)
Can anyone tell me why when I click to the trophy page there are no trophies there?? Once I had trophies, but no longer.
Also when I click on someone's photos I get nothing then either.
One more thing while I'm on the subject of non-functioning technology. The drawer to my son's X-Box opens only as it wills -- what is up with that?
