Indie games are games that were made by one person or a small team of people. For example undertale, hollow knight, Celeste, subnautica, etc. those are all indie games and honestly indie games are better than big company games, they have more personality and the devs are more active in their community, my fav indie games are dead cells, subnautica, hollow knight, and dwarf fortress, which is the most complex
Simulation game ever made, what are your favorite indie games or games in general.

Minecraft and Pocket Monsters are also both highly successful indie games, being within the highest-grossing franchises in the world. I've played the former on three separate platforms before, while the latter I only have about 20 minutes of overall experience playing.
