I think I saw some Evee with yui earlier! I didn't Know Yui liked pokemon!!

Well I'm certainly late to the party - I've only seen the first two (dubbed) episodes of K-On as of today.

By the way, I only watch dubbed anime. I refuse to keep looking at subtitles - it is far too distracting.

But from what I've seen so far, it looks good. Consider me a budding fan.

Awesome Gam! I'd always recommend the subbed version so you have the original voices and emotions preserved, but at the end of the day, it's your choice how you want to do it. TY watched the dubbed too, and the subbed now also and I know there are also others who are OK with the dub.

And great that you're enjoying it! The more you watch the more it grows on you, trust me there! Make the most of it!

@Zerk, Yui is love, so of course she'd care for the Pokémon too!

@TY, I believe it is up to each and every one of us to look deep in our hearts to find the answer to that question. I think that although there is certainly a universal element to why Yui is kind there are so many more personal ones which matter just as much. 

The universal qualities are very obvious. She's kind-hearted, generous and all-loving. She's clearly very energetic and affectionate and shares this with those close to her freely, wishing for nothing else than to make them feel the same energy and happiness that she does. There's a carefree easiness about her that is sure to put anyone's mind at ease and bring out joy from even the most dull or stressful moments. And on top of it all, she acknowledges and appreciates the importance of her friends, cherishing the moments that they have together for the truly special wonder that it is. She's dedicated and smart. And so much more. I could really go on, but you get the idea!

And for me personally, she's just brought me so much happiness in so many ways! She's in my life every day and has certainly contributed to making me much happier than I ever could be without her. I love Yui with all my heart.

Also, did I mention that one time where Yui saved her friends when they were on a desolate island? She caught fish for them with her guitar so they wouldn't starve! What an angel!

I think I'll have a go at this!

My favourite moment in episode 2 was when Yui refused to accept the part-time job money from the other girls, since she wanted to earn a guitar all by herself.
