I've been doing some research and came across something called "Einstein's likelihood principle" the information concerning this was a little hard to find so I'm not sure of the details of this principle, maybe it's this that he's referring to.

That's only vague speculation, Uranus shows no signs of such an impact. Gas planets show where they have been hit. Look at Jupiter.

And remember, you don't know anything that you can't observe. Since evolution is not observable, it is NOT science, it is speculation!
