I've been allowed to post briefly here because I find it therapeutic . I wanted to share something .

You know I do care about people, love people, and I am just awful with them .

It's hard you know. I've loved and lost so many times. Painful .

I saw a film mr Jones that reminded me of my life . He views people like goldfish so he can cope with them leaving him . It's tough you know?

Anyway I wanted to say something . I'm not looking for sympathy .

I don't worry , not anymore. I really don't . Don't try to understand things. I did and I got so so ill. Now I keep a clear mind .

So I had this experience. You know sometimes you care so so much . You couldn't care any more . But you know you are failing . Wish you could do better . Anyway I saw that really we can only be who we truly are. Be present and aware. That's all we can do .

I realised that accepting oneself isn't an abstract idea. It's a very real thing. It's about being right here , right now and you know it really is the best we can do.

And actually it's alright . Because we aren't meaning to hurt anyone.

We still love the people in our lives but we realise whatever happens we mean them no harm or they us and in the final analysis that's enough . We can accept that .
