Well my feeling is that we just want . Rather than we judge what we should want .
But sometimes we judge in respect of what we think to be the best course of action .
Maybe it's fair to say that awareness is the default .
But there is this other stage . The assessing stage .
I think I would call that the solving phase .
That's unavoidable really .
Wilful analysis maybe .
But our minds continually make judgements all the time . Whether we like it or not .
That's light that's dark , that's hot that's cold , that's pleasurable that's painful .
