There is nothing to say other than that I am sorry for coming off as a know-it-all, and disrepecting your opinions which I thought were fake, etc. I don't know about you, but I can put this behind me. Take duskrevival for example. We were in an argument on whether early king development was good or not. The main reason I didn't accept your votes was because I was thinking if your votes were accepted, a domino effect would take place and everyone else would vote for it too and another thread of mine would be ruined, which is exactly what happened in my first two surveys.

ok the defendant has finished his opening statement so i will proced to present my statement on behalf of all present on this thread
Jury, checkmateibeatu, and all present here i would like to present that the defendant,checkmateibeatu, has commited a vast number of crimes against many members of Chess.com, I will leave them unnamed so as to save time. These are no jokes, and I feel punitive action is required to right the atrocities commited by checkmateibeatu. He has even atempted to bribe me into dismising charges that are extemporaneous but pushed for. I would also like to apolagise for the accusation of the murder of oinquarki, who hopefully will exit the daily puzzle thread and join us here. to conclude be fair in your judgement, and respect all of the rights of the accused.
Now that I have completed, the defendant may call his first witness.
i will post a complete dialouge of the trial upon its conclusion
I have already said my apologies and that is it. I am sorry that you feel this way about this, and there is nothing I can do about it now.

Can checkmateibeatu also be charged with spamming his topics in the forums and taking up other thread spaces? Also his notion that open polls in the forum lead to a conclusive result and repeats them is also worthy of being charged. Also trying to keep the forum serious is another charge against him.
