🛒 Game #2: Chaos Auction! 🛒
Welcome to the wildest auction in the universe! Here, you’ll bid for bizarre, imaginary items using your wits, persuasion skills, and our totally fake currency. But beware—these items come with strange twists and might not be what they seem!
How to Play
Starting Funds: Each player starts with 1,000 Chaos Coins (CC).
The Items: Josh and I will post 5 ridiculous items up for auction, one at a time, with a short description of their powers, perks, or pitfalls.Example: "A never-ending pizza, but it randomly changes toppings every hour!" 🍕
Bidding War: Players bid for the item in the thread using their Chaos Coins. Bid as high as you want—just don’t go over your total funds!Example:Player A: "200 CC!"
Player B: "300 CC!"
Player A: "350 CC!"
The Winner: The highest bidder wins the item, but here’s the twist:After the auction, we’ll reveal a hidden twist about the item!Example: "The pizza is infinite, but now it’s always served cold. Hope you like it!" 🥶
Next Item: Once an item is sold, we move on to the next one.
Scoring System
Each item you win earns you 10 points, plus an additional 5 points for how creatively you use it in a bonus scenario we reveal at the end!
Top Bidder Bonus: At the end of the round, the player with the most Chaos Coins left earns an extra 10 points for strategic bidding.
Rules
You can’t bid more Chaos Coins than you have.
Be as creative and funny as possible in justifying why you want an item—it may influence how we reveal the twist! 😉
You can’t withdraw a bid once you’ve placed it, so bid wisely!
Only whole numbers please!
The auction for an item can end at anytime so if you really want one hurry before it's too late!

"This handy gadget lets you open portals anywhere. Perfect for dodging traffic or visiting Mars! 🚀"
Bids:
Player A: "300 CC!"
Player B: "400 CC!"
Player C: "500 CC!"

Hidden Twist Reveal: "The gun only works on Wednesdays...and it emits an incredibly loud fart noise with every use. Enjoy!"
Bonus Scenario
Once all items are sold, players will compete in a final round by explaining how they’d use their items to:
Escape a haunted mansion. 🏚️
Impress an alien overlord. 👽
Or anything else chaotic we dream up!
