Yes - certainly! Baking, anything related to food preparation..

I made cornbread last night to go with blackened catfish and cajun rice. I was a little dissappointed with the blackened catfish. They didn't get as blackened as I would have liked, so it mostly ended up tasting like seasoned fish. I think the pan wasn't hot enough. I was away from home and had to use a lightweight non-stick pan, so maybe that was part of the problem. I would normally have used a heavier pan.

Makes me want to go hoggin’ right now! (Somebody let out a Jerry Clower howl!) I love me some smoked salmon. I make what I call salmon candy on the smoker from time to time. We’ve moved away from the PNW so, most likely never get the chance again.

I'd be surprised if you could make a bologna sandwich.

By the way...does your mom still cut of the crust for you?

Lol, that made me laugh! But now, let’s not be mean to the children. Most of them are unsupervised. 😉

I guess I'll just go cook dinner then. Don't worry. The cats will be supervising me so I don't hurt myself.
