Sort of like chess. Think about what your weaknesses are, and then try to improve your knoweldge and skill in that area. If you need help figuring it out, I think it would help to ask someone who knows you well. Asking random people online how to improve yourself isn't very useful.
But in general it often involves stepping outside of your comfort zone to learn about and attempt new things.
