Ultimately it is about respect. Telling someone you are playing in a game by message that you are jacking off to their avatar image is disrespectful.
Doesn't matter what sex or gender the two people are. It just so happens women get the unwanted attention and this sort of sex harassment more than men, but it is not exclusive.
If I were moderating the site, and got screen captures of the sexual messages, these sexual harassers would be banned.
