what was turochamp's elo

I was reading about turochamp, the first chess AI. supposedly it beat some players, but i can't find anything on how tood it actually is. I know the original algorithm was lost, but from what I can tell it has since been recreated.
im also quite interested in this do you know how i can find out more about its scoring algorithm i know it takes in pieces value, piece movement, piece protection, and king safety in to account but i don't know how it weights each of these variables to get the final score if you knew where i could find this info then i could program a replica of it and test it myself then get back to you on what the rating is
