Too weak to do what? Go back or do a clean install?

Get a Windows 10 virtual machine or something, IDK
I like 10 better, but I don’t understand tech enough to change it
Go settings > system >recovery > Go Back, if you upgraded to Windows 11 within 10 days it is possible.
But if you've been using Windows 11 for more than 10 days, you have to do a clean install (WARNING: This will delete all your files and apps)
And if your laptop/PC was originally Windows 11 you have to do a clean install as well.
