white sturgeon can reach 1,100 pounds and 15 feet. interestingly, the world record for white sturgeon is just 468 pounds because the capture of white sturgeon over 60" was banned shortly after. you can catch them, but they can't be removed from the water. head to Canada's Fraser or the US's Columbia to catch them. the largest sturgeon, the beluga sturgeon, can weigh 3,300 pounds (1496 kilos). they live in the Caspian sea and Volga river, as well as the surrounding area.
