Take frozen strawberries. Take frozen raspberries. Take frozen blueberries. Take a cup of orange juice. put in a few tablespoons of plain yogurt. put in blender. vroom until it is smoothie. drink. be amazed.

I can imagine the yogurt and OJ creating that dairy smooth orange juice type of drink. And then you've got the berries 👏
the juice acidity activates the fruits juice despite them being frozen. a healthy alternative is simply using water instead of juice. using ice cubes can help too. lots of customization.
This next one is not a frozen fruit one, but it goes in the freezer for a little while:
- Take a couple of fully ripe bananas, chop them up a bit and add them to the blender.
- Add a small amount of sugar (bananas are already sweet).
- Add a drop of vanilla or vanilla extract.
- Add a few teaspoons of cocoa diluted in just enough hot water to make a paste (like you're making hot chocolate).
- Add a pinch of coconut shavings (or whatever form of coconut you can get your hands on).
- Add enough soya milk (or dairy milk) to get a milkshake consistency.
Blend it up, and let it chill in the freezer. Serve in a glass with a cherry on top.
*You can throw in a pinch of salt if your milk isn't salty enough.
get the V8 brand of juice. get one of those popsicle maker sets and use that juice to make a popsicle. since it doesn't have a whole lot of sugar in it, it tastes straight up like whatever fruit juice they say it is. and it actually gets more intense.
You may not have that where you are, but as a replacement you can make your own fruit juice and freeze it for great and healthy popsicles
