Uh, well... You can uninstall things on a PC, yes, but you can't uninstall chess.com because there isn't a desktop app for it. On a computer it's played in a browser, so yeah the use of "uninstall" shows that they obviously don't play on PC. But the pair of you must have a combined age of 20 to squabble like this. Block them for their trash talking and move on.

Your opponent is trying to irritate you and it worked well enough for you screenshot it and post it on the forum. Ignore it and move on with your life.

Big "Who Cares!" here. When faced with irritating people, disengage and move on. It also bothers them, if they really are trying to be irritating.
