The weather at the cape doesn't look too promising. Worse than Wednesday. 
I think that they will scrub the launch again. It will be rainy in Cape Canaveral today.

Two and 3/4 hours to go.
They are saying there's a 50% chance of a scrub, but I suspect it's worse than that because they also need acceptable weather and sea conditions in their off-shore abort area (where the capsule will splash down if a mid-flight abort takes place).
