I Really Want To Know Why People Do This. 

Some People ACTUALLY Take Their Time To Capitalize The First Letter Of Every Word!

I Think That's Insanely Annoying!

I Have Seen This Typing Style Before. I Will Not Tell You When. Two People Named Jeff And Edward Seem To Enjoy Using This Typing Style.
