Why is the Russian flag banned but not the Chinese and North Korean flags?

All 3 countries are currently committing crimes against humanity, so I feel it's kinda hypocritical to ban one's flag while not doing the same for the others.

Well it's like there's a lot of hate against it that's why they did It. 

It isn't ( just ) about long-standing human rights violations, it's about starting an illegal war of aggression against another country.
