Depends on what level zombie your fighting.

You can currently kill a lvl 1 zombie without taking ANY damage! though higher level zombies deal more dmg... 1 zombie lvl = 100 health, 5 DMG... zombies on the island don't have any defense.

Grind has lvl 1 - 25 zombies everywhere! You can summon one from in there (for free), or test your luck by just walking around and hoping you find a good one.

what level zombie do you summon? Higher level zombies = higher rate of good loot.
