After school enrichment programs - which arrangement?

For those teaching chess in after school enrichment programs, are you:

  1. a sole proprietor, paid directly by the parent
  2. working for a for profit entity, paid by that entity
  3. working for a non profit entity, paid by that entity
  4. an employee of the school or district or board of education
  5. some other arrangement

Are you happy with your arrangement? If you could customize your ideal arrangement, what would it be?

Thanks in advance.

4. Employee, but this is a club started by a student. My official role is "club sponsor," which being translated is "the responsible adult in the room". I do take some active leadership, but also try to let the student leader learn to lead as well.

Ideally, I wish we had someone with stronger chess or coaching skills. I also wish students would commit and come regularly, instead of just dropping in when they had time.
