Bobby Fischer was the USA champion at 13. An International Grandmaster at 14.
So yes, 1500 is very good for a 13-year-old.
But he (or she) is no Bobby Fischer.

lol that turkish 14 year old with 3180 blitz or faustino oro higher than 3000 and 13 years i think insane or impossible

IM or GM are both possible.
All I'm saying is that a player like Bobby Fischer typically happens only once in a generation.

#11 not bad based on when you started, but you definitely would get a title if you were 1800 now. I think the best you can get is a 2400, unfortunately.

Very very good. Trust me, you will improve fast in due time. Teenagers learn very fast; brains like a sponge absorb fast. Do you have a chess coach? The ideal stage to have a chess coach is when a kid (or even adult) hits 1500 chess.com. In my opinion.
