There are plans for a hyper-bullet rating pool
10 second bullet games

I totally agree, chess is a big thinking game and if you only have 10 seconds to think for the entire game your not going to make thoughtful or good moves. Then when you switch over to rapid or even blitz you will play way faster than you need to causes you to tilt in not one but many time controls. Geat observation Scipio!
People are probably aware that some people play 10+0 or 10+0.1 (10 seconds, not minutes) instead of the usual 1+0. You can hardly call this chess, in my opinion, as people only play vs the clock only and play any move as long as they dont timeout, without any logic or plan.
I know that you get less rating in games below 30 seconds per side, compared to 1+0 for example. However this feels very similar to rating manipulation to me as you see some people gaining up to 400 rating in one day and then losing almost all of it again the next day. Some people might think this is not an issue as people tend to play inconsistent in general and tilt quite often.
However you can not really compare bullet ratings (and leaderboard places) when you have some people playing 10+0.1 (10 seconds, not minutes) and some people playing 1+0, which have a totally different nature.
My suggestion would be to either introduce a "hyperbullet/ultrabullet" rating (and leaderboard) or to not allow such short time controls for bullet games. I am interesting to see what other people think of this and if people even agree that this is an issue.
