405 Server error: Weird Behaviour Today?

I was just browsing through forums, deleted an out-of-context post, when suddenly, the page refreshed and this page showed up:

Even after getting this error, I moved to another tab, accessed the forums more easily, deleted that post (the error didn't delete that) and started behaving rather erratically today. I edited a new post, but the top prompt said, "Sorry, the form was old, please try again"  like what did that even mean? and when I resubmitted my post after refreshing, the post appeared 2 times instead of one, making me delete the first one as well. Whats happening?

Recently, I got a notice in my email that I allegedly "spammed" messages in the forum. I don't spam, and what's more, I actually report these spammers who hang around the forum. I didn't know chess.com would send such a notice to an innocent user who's trying to help. Plus I had problems on login. It required a login to get to Home, again required a login during viewing Messages, and another login when shifting from one message to another, like wth was going on? How can I retract these warnings and discuss about them (where should I discuss?) , and stop making these chaos? I probably guessed it's maybe hacking, since the message appeared at 3.56 am in my email address, when I was sleeping.

I've been seeing some alert load failures and a couple posting related issues. Staff are working on some things that are likely the cause

And what about that warning I received few days ago which the staff thought I allegedly spammed? How to discuss that warning and get redress?
